Operational Structure Changes
FLINT BASE is establishing new partnerships to strengthen its talent development system.
The operations will continue to be managed by CloverWorks with cooperation of A-1 Pictures, however MAPPA and Production I.G. will be newly joining as participating partner studios.
Moving forward, the companies will work together to enhance the studio’s operations, and train animators.

Recruiting 2nd Generation Members
We will be opening applications for April, 2027 new graduate hires starting September, 2026.
